What is the home delivery process?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is leaving the warehouse). Correos will be the company in charge of delivering your order. After a failed attempt by the Post Office to deliver the order to you, it will be sent to the corresponding Post Office according to your address and you must pick it up there with the receipt that they left in the mailbox. After a few days, if it is not picked up, the order will return to Central.
What is the store delivery process?

If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is about to leave the warehouse), and we will call you from the store when your order is ready to be picked up by you. If after 15 days you have not collected your order, the merchandise will be returned to our Central.


What should I do to return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is in our ACCESORIOSENOL physical store. The products must be in perfect condition, with their packaging and present their corresponding receipt (order sheet). If you prefer to send it to us, you must be responsible for the shipping by choosing the transport company you prefer and assuming its cost.

We do not accept returns of products that have been ordered or that do not appear on the website.
